Deviant Art

I've been using DeviantArt.com for years now and have grown to love it.  For those of you who've never ventured to the site, it's basically just a giant museum of thousands of artists' works.  The site also hosts tools for programs like Adobe Photoshop and has a multitude of free resources like textures and stock images.  Artists can also opt to allow prints of their work to be sold.  DeviantArt.com is not only a great place to browse the work of others, but also a great resource cache.  Even the artists themselves can be resources, as Deviant Art allows you to communicate with them.  Overall, I've found the site to be helpful, enlightening, and entertaining.

Here are a few pics I pulled just to show some examples of the variety:

Two Prostitutes
Equinox
La Rochelle
Chronoscape Thundersnow
Prisoner of my Own
Rain Princess
Some of Us Change
Non Parlarne Mai
Machinery of the Stars

  2. I adore Deviantart. Even when I don't upload for months, I still get on everyday. Mostly cause I'd have to many messages by people I watch if I didn't. I find most (actually all) of the pictures I post on here from Deviantart.
