Glósóli

After just posting the video with a Sigur Rós song in it, I was spurred into finding a music video by them that I've always liked. I'm not sure that I really "get it" per say, but I love it nonetheless.  Especially the end.  I feel like there may be a lot of symbolism in this video but I'm not sure.

Sigur Rós doesn't sing in English, instead the singer makes up his own words in his own language.  I think this adds a lot to their music, letting the listener sink into it instead of getting caught up in the meaning of the lyrics.  It really lets you just absorb the music and experience emotion naturally through the sounds of his voice and the music rather then being manipulated by lyrics.  Not to say that songs with lyrics suck (because I'm a fan of quite a few) but Sigur Rós really does amazing things without using a single intelligible word.
