Cat On a Hot Tin Roof

A while back I watch Cat On A Hot Tin Roof for the first time and absolutely loved it. To start off it is a film adaption of a stage play so the whole film was about the dialogue and oh was it delicious( That is the best way to describe dialogue). Staring the studly Paul Newman and Gorgeous Elizabeth Taylor, Cat On A Hot Tin Roof is the story of Brick, an alcoholic ex-football player, drinks his days away and resists the affections of his wife, Maggie. His reunion with his father, Big Daddy, who is dying of cancer, jogs a host of memories and revelations for both father and son.

This film is full of emotion! I loved it every second of the way. Being a tremendous fan of 40, 50 and 60s classics I loved this one every step of the way. I was emotionally tied to Brick throughout the whole film and fell in love with Maggie's love for Brick. I was taken aback by this film and its beauty and tremendous character growth. I highly recommend! Check it out on Netflix!

9.5/10
