I feel like I should write a final blog as a few of my classmates have done recently.
I have enjoyed this class so much that it's kinda sad that this will be the last day. Not that it isn't a relief that finals week is coming to a close and Christmas is around the corner, but I will be missing the times I spend in the back row with Abi and Kelsey, giggling at whatever was happening around us.
Whether its a day of Abi and I trying to put tinsel in Kyle's hair, or us waiting for Grant to burst into his hysterical laughter. Or actually trying not to laugh at the evil glares Abi is giving David for drumming his fingers on the table. All these moments in the back row, observing everyone, I will miss and more that I can't think of at the moment.
I love the times when Leeper would read to us in class as if we were little kids by doing all the voices. Even though he doesn't share the same love for Disney/Pixar as I do, I have still loved sitting in this class.
I am really looking forward to the next 4 years I will be spending with a majority of you, especially my fellow animators! I'm positive it's going to be a great future for all of us :)
I can't help thinking that we could've at times driven our poor teacher close to insanity with our energy and our want to not actually shut up sometimes. God bless you Leeper for putting up with us :)
And that concludes my first semester as an animation major...Good luck to you all!
I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!!!
I never glared evil-y.... I just stared at him till he noticed.
