Number 5: The color gray. Variant: grey.
It just makes me so happy. Plus, it's really under-appreciated. Why can't we all just get along like we used to in middle school? Anyways, I really do love this color. Half my clothes are gray. Gray is the color of books when you've been reading a really long time and your eyes start to blur. Grey is the color of cloudy, rainy days. Gray is the color the side of my right hand gets when I've been drawing with graphite or charcoal. Grey is the color Harrison Ford's hair is turning. Gray is the color of calm days with a book and a warm beverage close at hand. Grey is the color of Roman Holiday. Gray is the color of P!nk's eyes. Grey is the color of wolves and my favorite earings. Gray is the tones they use to shade with typical mangas.
Gray is the color I associate with my friend Jamie. (who just had a baby!) Because she likes to read, and gets literary references. And she's warm and even when she's stressed she's still nice. Grey is the color of Jamie. Who if I had to choose some one to be when I grow up, I wouldn't mind being her. I also wouldn't mind being Catherine Tate, Sean Connery, or even Holden Caulfield.
So, I'm doing this list not because I need blogs like some people I could mention.... (David.... Daniel....Charity......) But because I feel left out. :( I want to make lists were half the things set off arguments, and the other half got ignored.
