Top 4 Under Appreciated Disney Films

SO! due to the recent realization that I need at least 4 more blogs, and it seems that a few have decided to do some sort of countdown, I came up with one :)

These will be the top 4 Disney movies i believe are awesome, but either under appreciated or just plain forgotten.

#4 Fun and Fancy Free

Don't recognize the title? thats sad. This Disney film came out in 1947, back when Disney was losing their magic touch. Probably the reason this film may not ring a bell.

The movie features two animated shorts, "Bongo" and "Mickey and the Beanstalk." It starts with Jiminy Cricket exploring when he comes across a doll and a stuffed bear with lonely faces. He decides to cheer them up with some music, and discovers Bongo, the story of a circus bear who escapes to the forest to live his own life. Bongo experiences the ups and downs of being on his own, while down the road he finds the bear of his dreams. After chasing her down and winning her over, the biggest bear in the forest threatens to tear them apart after Bongo discovers that the way a bear says 'I love you' is a slap on the face. All is resolve and happily ever after they live.

Than I assume everyone basically knows the story of Mickey and the Beanstalk so not much explaining needs to go into that one.

I'm not entirely sure why this movie isn't as recognizable as others. Just in the time i took to watch it this afternoon, I came across 5 people who had never even heard of it. Being the Disney geek I am, I was pretty surprised. I encourage you to look it up on youtube and watch it! It's a really cute story :)
