Top Ten Characters- #10 Jethro

I really like Jethro's character in The Prince of Egypt. Jethro was Zipporah's father, so he became Moses father-in-law. He is called something else in the Bible. Its Jethro and something else that begins with a R....

Anyway, in the movie, I know he only gets like three minutes of screen time but those were a good three minutes!

I think it was because of the song he sings Through Heaven's Eyes.

I don't know, very theologically profound for an animated movie....especially a studio's first one!

Or maybe its not so profound.....maybe its one of those obvious things I keep forgetting.

But anyway! Jethro reminds me of God in this song, so I'll give him a ten!
