American Horror Story

Over break, I started FX's show American Horror Story; there have only been 8 episodes so far, so I caught up quickly. I am not a fan of horror films, at all. I don't enjoy mindless violence and terror. It doesn't entertain me. But this show is unlike any show I've ever seen before. In a good way. And I wouldn't dare give anything away, except maybe that you might want to skip the title sequence because I find it quite unsettling, but it is really quite brilliant so far. I first tuned in because of all the hype it was getting from the blogs I follow on tumblr, so I decided to give it a try. Not so much your typical horror content, but a lot of suspense and mystery. It was created by Ryan Murphy, so hopefully he will not Glee this up, but so far, I am very much anticipating the next episode.
